From Nerello Mascalese grapes, harvested in the first ten days of October, Cuordilava is born, with a ruby red color, which presents a bouquet of small red fruits accompanied by spicy notes that blend with typical hints of undergrowth. Tornatore's Etna Bianco DOC "Zottorinotto" 2019 comes from pure Carricante grapes, harvested by hand in the vineyard in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia, on the north side of the volcano. Fermentation and aging in contact with the noble lees are carried out in French oak barriques. A white with a sincere territorial character, which combines elegance and power.

Produced on the north side of Etna, in Contrada Pietrarizzo, from which it takes its name, this wine represents one of the most prized Crus for the natives of the area.

Made entirely from Sangiovese vineyards in Castelbuono dell'Abate, the Brunello di Montalcino from the Tassi winery is a still red, aged 36 months in medium-sized wooden barrels.
The 2016 vintage is universally recognized as exceptional, thanks to the climate. The result is a pronounced and slender wine, which is essential by touching the right spheres of blood orange, parched sage, dehydrated cherries and dehydrated chamomile. The spicy secondary profile is reminiscent of turmeric and white pepper.
It goes perfectly with meat, game and cheese dishes.

The 2012 Riserva, the last vintage signed by Franco Biondi-Santi, was produced with the Sangiovese Grosso BBS11 (Brunello Biondi Santi 11) clone, identified and selected by Biondi-Santi at Tenuta Greppo in the seventies. For this Reserve, grapes originating exclusively from the oldest vines with over 25 years of age were used.
The result is a surprising wine for its freshness and aromatic complexity, personality, stylistic consistency and taste finesse.

The Barolo del Comune di La Morra, signed by Roberto Voerzio, is an amazing red, full and full-bodied, obtained from the union of four different Cru vineyards of Nebbiolo in the municipality of La Morra: Fossati, Case Nere, La Serra and Boiolo.

From Pecorino grapes, a very popular blend in Marche and Abruzzo, a fresh and savory wine, with an intense yellow color, which emanates delicate floral scents of jasmine, citrus and ginger.
The hand-picked grapes from the Pianella and / or Loreto Aprutino vineyards are placed in small boxes and transported to the cellar, to be crushed and pressed thanks to a small crusher-destemmer and an ancient press. Elegant and complex white wine with a straw color with greenish reflections, produced from grapes grown on soil number 3 of the Suor Marchesa estate (Riesi).
On the nose the varietal notes blend with the notes of jasmine and white broom. The fruity scents are combined with very delicate spicy notes reminiscent of vanilla and pink pepper.
A full, structured and fresh white wine. Good confirmation of the notes perceived on the nose, with a long persistence on the palate.

Pruvenza 2017 is a wine with enormous potential. Frappato, a native grape variety that has always been produced in the Vittoria area, has the project of clearing the chiché which imagines it to be a wine to be drunk within the year.
On the nose, hints of red fruits and excellent drinkability, but also greater complexity and thickness than is usually found in the type.
To be paired with red meat dishes, cured meats and medium and long-aged cheeses. Try it on a tuna steak.

Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze is a DOCG sparkling wine produced exclusively in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, with a bright straw yellow color, its aroma is intense and fruity, vaguely reminiscent of rose, the fine and persistent Perlage, soft on the palate, dry and mellow.

A Prosecco that surprises, on the palate it is very light, and despite being a Brut it is a little fruity to the taste.

Shamaris is a wine produced with Grillo grapes in the Presti and Pegni di Cusumano estate in Monreale
It is very pleasant, and thanks to a slightly fruity flavor it is able to immediately express the aromas and flavors of the area, thanks to a bouquet rich in yellow fruit, aromatic herbs and orange blossom.
