

This Aged Grappa is the result of a union between different blends of Inzolia grapes aged in oak barrels, from 10 to over 20 years.
It is a white berried grappa.

This aged grappa stands out thanks to its beautiful amber colour, it has an intoxicating scent of vanilla and tobacco, which is accompanied by notes of caramel and tropical fruits.
One of its greatest strengths is its extraordinary softness.
It is the result of the union between the precious pomace of Inzolia grapes, which are the same ones used for the Classic Method sparkling wines
Furthermore, it is later bottled after having rested in oak barrels filled even at the beginning of the nineties.

VINES USED: White grape Inzolia. Selection of fine pomace from Inzolia
ORIGIN: Grapes from the company's vines used in the production of Milazzo classic method wines and sparkling wines.
FERMENTATION: The alcoholic fermentation takes place under vacuum in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature followed immediately by the distillation.
ARTISAN DISTILLATION: The distillation is done in a discontinuous plant with eight direct steam copper stills with a careful cutting of the heads and tails which allows us to subsequently obtain a grappa with a strong personality
REST: Long maturation in oak barrels from a minimum of 10 to over 20 years
