Alla vista risulta di un colore rosso acceso, mentre sprigiona profumi e sapori di fragranze agrumate che ne arricchiscono anche il gusto.
Al palato risulta fresco e leggero, ma al contempo intenso, riuscendo ad accompagnare dolcemente tutti i tipi di aperitivi siciliani taglieri di Salumi, Olive e Formaggi, ai classici Snack da Aperitivo fino ai taglieri di prodotti tipici come Arancini, Panelle o Crocchè!
VARIETY: Blend of native white berried wines
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 16% vol
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 25%
VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting of the grapes, traditional pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature. Addition to the wine obtained from sugar, alcohol, coloring and citrus aroma.
AGEING: Aging in steel for about three months

DURATION: If kept away from sources of light and heat, it can be stored without time limits
METHODS OF STORAGE: Once the bottle has been opened, if it is closed with its screw cap and stored in a dry place, away from sources of light and heat, it will keep well for several months.
PAIRINGS: Aperitif to be consumed neat with a little ice, but also as a base for cocktails and long drinks
SUGGESTED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 5-8 °C
