The Brut Cucunci Spumante is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes that grow in the Belice Valley, a hilly valley in the Trapani area.
It is a sparkling wine with a fine, delicate perlage, which recalls exotic and citrus scents, typical of Pinot Grigio grapes.
Excellent both for an elegant aperitif and for a delicate first course such as seafood risotto, thanks to its fresh and balanced flavour.

Cucunci Spumante Brut takes its name from the caper plant, and is known to survive in places with little or no water. In memory of the summer in Sicily, full of sun, new adventures and fulfillment.
It is a sparkling wine that is produced through the Martinotti Method, a method through which the fermentation of the grapes takes place in steel autoclaves, in order to preserve all the natural aromas.
At sight it presents itself with a straw yellow color, with exotic and citrus aromas typical of Pinot Grigio grapes.
On the palate it is full, fresh and balanced, with good acidity that leaves the palate fresh.
It is ideal both for an aperitif and as an accompaniment to delicately flavored fish dishes.
