The artisan production process

The Gols Sauvignon Blanc 2021 wine is the result of a careful selection of grapes and a meticulous production process. The vines are carefully cultivated in Bressanone, one of the most renowned wine areas of Trentino Alto Adige. The Muller-Thurgau grapes are harvested manually during the optimal ripening stage to ensure superior quality.

After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain the must, which is then subjected to spontaneous fermentation, before remaining for 2 days to macerate on the skins at a controlled temperature. This process allows the unique aromas and characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc to be preserved. After fermentation, the wine is aged on the fine lees and then, for 3 months in the bottle to enhance its freshness and liveliness.
