Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze is a DOCG sparkling wine produced exclusively in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, with a bright straw yellow color, its aroma is intense and fruity, vaguely reminiscent of rose, the fine and persistent Perlage, soft on the palate, dry and mellow.

CARTIZZE - PRIMO PASSO - THE PROSECCO SUPERIORE DI VALDOBBIADENE DOCG

Cartizze has a straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage and a complex, intense and fruity aroma, vaguely reminiscent of rose.

On the palate it is very soft, dry and persuasive.

The perfect way to serve it would be in a sparkling wine glass at a temperature of 5 ° - 6 ° C

The vine is a 100% Glera and is harvested manually, from 15th to 20th September

The vinification takes place with the traditional method, in white and at a controlled temperature, with soft pressing of the grapes
