This Prosecco takes its name from the famous Casa Brunoro, the place to taste all the best Prosecco Varaschin.
It is produced in Valdobbiadene, specifically in the San Pietro di Barbozza vineyards with a vine made from 100% Glera grapes, which is harvested manually between 25 and 30 September.
The aspect Prosecco has a straw yellow color and a fine and resistant perlage.
The perfume is very intense and elegant, with scents of wild apple.
