Reluì is the Prosecco Extra Brut from the Varaschin winery. Brilliant straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. The perfume is intense and elegant with hints of wild apple. On the palate it is dry, savory and harmonious.
It goes perfectly with fish main courses, but, given its excellent balance, it is also ideal to accompany aperitifs with typical cold cuts and cheeses.

We are located in the Valdobbiadene area, specifically in the San Pietro di Barbozza vineyards, within a vine that is 100% Glera.
The harvest, which is done manually, takes place between 25 and 30 September
The vinification is carried out with a traditional method, in white and at a controlled temperature, by softly pressing the grapes
It has a straw yellow color and a fine and resistant perlage
The perfume is very intense and elegant, with scents of wild apple.
On the palate it is dry, savory and harmonious
