Alta Mora Etna Bianco is a wine that comes from grapes of a white grape variety, the Carricante.
These vineyards are located about 600 meters above sea level, in Castiglione di Sicilia, and are born on volcanic soils.
The grapes, after being harvested, are softly pressed before being decanted. After which the alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel barrels, where the wine then remains to mature on the fine lees for 4 months, before being bottled.
This white from Etna has a golden straw yellow colour, and the scent has minerals, a few touches of smoky and aromatic herbs.
On the palate it is dynamic, soft and fresh, with a long savory persistence.
