Tax includedMade from 100% Vermentino grapes, it is one of the few wines produced with this vine in Sicily. She was born in the Sister Marchesa di Duca di Salaparuta estate, in central Sicily in Riesi, in the municipality of Butera, a few kilometers from the sea. Thanks to its geographical position, the estate enjoys good exposure to winds, in a climate characterized by very hot summers and mild, short winters.
The harvest takes place in mid-September, when the perfect ripeness of the bunches is reached. The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes ferments for over 10 days at a temperature of 16 ° C, and ages for 2 months in steel on the fine lees.
With a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the nose tells of fruity notes and Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is broad and velvety, with good freshness and minerality.
