Tax includedFresh white wine from Inzolia grapes, produced in the Risignolo estate of Duca di Salaparuta, near Salemi, in the province of Trapani.
In this area of Central-Western Sicily, characterized by marvelous expanses of fields beaten by the warm Mediterranean sun, wine is a constitutive element of a great cultural tradition and the vineyards, caressed by a light brackish breeze, follow the profile of the hills until they reach the sea.
The clayey soil rich in humus, which has always been suited to wine production, and the hot-arid climate, with a strong temperature range, allow white grapes such as Insolia to give their best.
The result is a white wine that needs no introduction: the Colomba Platino.
