How to taste it

Break a small piece and let it melt slowly. Do not expect a creamy industrial texture: the graininess is part of the identity. It works well with coffee, dessert wines, liqueurs and dry pastries.

Storage

Keep chocolate in a cool, dry place, away from heat and strong smells. Avoid the refrigerator unless absolutely necessary, because humidity can damage texture and aroma.
