Cucunci Rosè Spumante Brut by Barone Montalto, a sparkling wine with a fine and elegant perlage
Cucunci Rosè is the rosé version of Barone Montalto's Brut Spumante, it takes its name from the caper plant, which with its flowers with vibrant petals opens giving life to a fruit that contains the energy of the Sun and the Mediterranean.
It is a sparkling wine made from Nerello Mascalese grapes, which grow in the Belice Valley in dark, alluvial soils.
It is produced through the Martinotti Method, a method through which the fermentation of the grapes takes place in steel autoclaves, in order to preserve all the natural aromas.
At sight it presents itself with a pale pink color, and opens with fruity notes of cherry and white flowers.
On the palate it is quite dry, with a typical acid note of Nerello Mascalese that leaves the palate clean.
It is ideal both for an aperitif and as an accompaniment to a complete meal.
