From Nerello Mascalese grapes, a rosé born in Castiglione di Sicilia, on the slopes of Etna.
A rosé that smells of peach blossoms and wild herbs to the nose, and with a well-balanced, subtle and good flavor given by the minerality of the soil on which it is born.
The Alta Mora label is a high-level label that was born on the volcanic soils of Etna, and which was acquired by the brothers Diego and Alberto Cusumano in 2013.
Contains: 0,75 Lt (€28.72 / Lt)
Tax includedA fresh and mineral Rosé, like the volcanic soils on which it grows, on the slopes of Etna.
The vines are cultivated at about 800 meters above sea level, the grapes, after being harvested manually, are harvested a little before being ripe, to preserve the fragrance of the aromas and give them that extra touch of freshness.
The harvested bunches then rest for one night and are then softly pressed. After which the must is vinified in white and ferments in steel vats at a controlled temperature.
Finally, after a few months in steel tanks it is bottled.
This Etna Rosato has a soft, slightly bright pink color to the eye, while the nose is expressed through a bouquet of white flowers, aromas of citrus peel, and red fruits.
On the other hand, the taste is fragrant, clear and with a sip that closes in a very refreshing way.
