Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG created by Matteo Varaschin, at the dawn of the Varaschin Winery, in 1930
The 1930 is an excellent Prosecco Brut, which has a very intense and elegant bubble, with floral notes. It goes well with everything, but even more with Aperitifs and fish-based dishes.
It is produced in the Valdobbiadene area, specifically in the San Pietro di Barbozza vineyards, in a vine that is 100% Glera.
The harvest, carried out manually, takes place towards the end of September, between the 15th and the 30th.
The vinification is carried out with a traditional method, in white and at a controlled temperature, by softly pressing the grapes
It has a bright straw yellow color and a fine and resistant perlage.
The perfume is very intense and elegant, with scents of wild apple.
On the contrary, the flavor is soft and harmonious.
If possible, serve at a temperature of around 5 ° -6 ° degrees.
