Birra Aura Irias is a Saison-style blonde beer, spicy, with the citrus notes of coriander that blend with the floral of Czech and German hops.

This strong, sweet and sensual beer is also the winner of the Cerevisia 2015 Sud e Isole first prize.

Excellent as a meditation beer, with 7.5% alcohol content, it also goes well with appetizers, first courses, white meats and of course the inevitable pizza.

Birra Nigra Irias is a dark beer in the Imperial stout style, with a strong roast, in which the hints of coffee chase those of chocolate, licorice and tobacco

This robust, intense and fragrant beer was awarded a Gold Medal at the Councours International de Lyon 2015.

With its gradation of 9.5%, the brown foam, balanced in bitterness, excellent to be enjoyed between meals, but also with oysters, as required by French cuisine, with dark chocolate or with red meats marinated in the same beer

Craft blonde beer with a light and fresh sip

Thirst-quenching craft beer in full Sicilian Wheat Ale style, made with the 5 best Sicilian ancient grains such as: Tumminia, Bidì, Russello, Maiorca and Perciasacchi.

A "tummino" (about 16 kg) was taken for each type of grain, it was processed and combined with barley malt, to create a simple beer suitable for every moment, with an earthy and herbaceous aftertaste, typical of Sicilian craft beers.

Rubra is the Sicilian interpretation, in an Irias key, of the IPA style, but with some differences from the now standardized red craft beers.
