Contrada Melia is one of the last outposts where the Delizia del Etna apple ripens in March, one of the emblematic species of the volcano's biodiversity.
The liqueur is born from the maceration and infusion of the pulp in alcohol for at least 60 days.
Ingredients: water, agricultural alcohol, sugar, delight apple infusion.
Any residues are obtained by infusing the fruit

Etna liqueurs are produced only with fresh fruit harvested in the black lands of Etna and tell the agricultural stories of brave brokers, farmers and traders who have helped build the charm and success of the Etna terroir.
