The Martorana fruit is made with the very Sicilian Pasta Reale made with almonds and sugar. Su Gocce di Sicilia are handmade in a small pastry shop that combines the Sicilian tradition with top quality ingredients.

These faithful reproductions of real fruit are also included in the register of traditional Italian food products (P.A.T.) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry.
