Tornatore's Etna Bianco DOC "Zottorinotto" 2019 comes from pure Carricante grapes, harvested by hand in the vineyard in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia, on the north side of the volcano. Mofete is an excellent red produced on the slopes of Etna by Palmento Costanzo.
It has a strong ruby red color, and on the nose it is floral and fruity, on the palate it is very fresh but with a savory finish.

The "Mofete" is a wine that is born on the slopes of Etna, from grapes grown in soils composed of volcanic sands, stones and exclusive rocks.
