From the vineyards of the Biondi winery, in the municipality of Trecastagni (CT) comes Outis, a white wine with a fruity aroma and floral notes.
Straw-yellow in colour, Outis is a white Etna that expresses itself with a harmonious and structured flavour.
Thanks to its aromas and flavor, Outis is a perfect white wine to combine with fish dishes, even better if shellfish but also with aged cheeses.

A very elegant white wine, with a fairly structured flavour, with persistent and harmonious notes. The nose releases fruity aromas with some floral hints.
It is a Sicilian white wine which is a blend of Cataratto, Carricante and Minnella which, thanks to the microclimate on the slopes of Etna, at 650 meters above sea level, has a unique flavor!
It is also a very long-lived white wine, in fact it remains excellent even after 10-15 years.
Furthermore, a white that goes perfectly with fish dishes, or cheeses, such as our aged cheese!
