Soria Perricone, a fruity wine born from Firriato's continuous experimentation
Soria Perricone is a monovarietal wine that reveals predominantly fruity notes, with a younger and more pleasant character in the glass.
The Sorìa Perricone is another step forward in the experimental research of the Firriato Winery, born on the lands of Baglio Sorìa, which has always been capable of giving life to wines with a structured identity.
It presents itself to the eye with an intense ruby red color, and presents a complex bouquet, with delicate tones of blackberry, plum and red fruit.
On the palate it is soft, fresh, with tannins always present and a good, persistent finish.

Soria Perricone is a Sicilian red wine resulting from the continuous experimentation of the Firriato winery, which was born from the recovery of traditional Sicilian vineyards.
It comes from Perricone grapes, grapes that grow in a hilly area not far from the sea on soils characterized by a unique microclimate.
It is a complex wine, where the hints of blood orange stand out very well, bringing with them soft tannins and a very persistent finish.
It presents itself to the eye with an intense ruby red color, and presents a complex bouquet, with delicate tones of blackberry, plum and red fruit.
Since the beginning of the 80s, Salvatore Di Gaetano's oenological passion has been attracted to a particular place, the Firriato district, in the extraordinary countryside of the city of Trapani, an agricultural territory profoundly marked by the cultivation of vines and the culture of wine, placed between the beautiful sea of the Trapani coast and the majestic fortress of the ancient city of Erice.
Behind a great wine there is always a great viticultural territory with characteristic soil and climate conditions. All Firriato agricultural estates have a particularity, in terms of exposure, microclimate, soil composition and ventilation. From east to west, we move from mountain viticulture on the Etna volcano to that of the sea of the Egadi islands on the island of Favignana, passing through the exclusive contexts of the Trapani countryside. The company's philosophy places at the center of everything: method, territory, pride and ironclad love. To present the excellence of Sicily and Sicilian wines to the world.
