It was born in Monreale, in the historic Sallier de la Tour estate, which despite being a few kilometers from the sea is surrounded by greenery, with fresh soils that benefit from the strong temperature variations.
It is a Sicilian rosé wine that is very fresh and savory on the palate, which opens on the nose with notes of fresh red fruit and spices.
