In Lipari, in the splendid archipelago of the Aeolian Islands, on a plain at 350 meters above sea level supported by ancient kaolin quarries, stands an excellent wine and landscape project.
In a particular territory, of volcanic origin, with a very varied and diversified soil composition, but rich in minerals, where alternating areas with a prevalence of white pumice stone, pink kaolin, black obsidian, which characterize the various volcanic territories of the landscape of 'island. The estate's vineyards are grown on these different soils and manage to express the peculiarities of each individual terroir with great fidelity. Entirely raised on Etna saplings and organically, they give life to a variety of natural blends with great organoleptic and qualitative potential.

With a bright yellow color and a thousand shades, it is an intense and balanced wine that concentrates and gives Mediterranean sensations. On the nose there are characteristic floral aromas, fruity notes and mineral hints, giving a harmony that ranges from aromatic notes to fresh acidity.
Produced from the unusual combination of the native Malvasia delle Lipari vine - vinified dry - with the Etna Carricante, which gives elegance and flavor to the sugary power of Malvasia.
The grapes are selected and harvested by hand, the yeasts used are indigenous ones and the clarification occurs naturally, decanting the wine several times before bottling.

HARVEST: manual with selection of the grapes during harvesting.
VINIFICATION: direct pressing of the grapes in a pneumatic press. No clarification of the musts, only static decantation at 16°C, fermentation at around 20° in steel tanks (Malvasia) and 3rd/4th passage barriques (Carricante) with batonage and rest on the yeasts for around 6 months. Repeated decanting for natural clarification of the wine and bottling.
SPECIAL NOTES: white wine with strong fruity and floral olfactory notes. Good acidity and harmony on the palate.
