The Rosso del Bepi wine of the prestigious Cantina Quintarelli is unanimously considered one of the greatest masterpieces of this great winery, the Rosso del Bepi is capable of giving emotions that few other wines in the world will be able to give. Its structure and preparation methods allow it to be the perfect accompaniment to dishes based on red meat, game or aged cheeses.
The union between Cabernet Sauvignon, Corvina and Rondinella gives a unique balance to this wine, with these grapes that are first macerated for 20 days, then fermented for 45 days, and then the wine remains to refine for even 7 years in large oak barrels Slavonian oak.
At the glass this fine wine shows a classic ruby red color, but it is its aromas that surprise, aromas of red fruits, licorice, morello cherry and tobacco. While on the palate it is very enveloping, round, refined, with sweet and velvety tannins that give this precious bottle a long persistence.
