Young, crispy, with an elegant fruit. Rosé di Rosa is by definition « the Milazzo’s semi sparkling». It shows the unmistakable hallmarks of Charmat ‘corto - short’. The short second fermentation in bulk tanks enhances the perfumes in the glass and the over all smoothiness.

Elegant white wine, suitable for special occasions. From Chardonnay grapes from the Contessa Entellina estate, harvested at night starting from the second half of August. Rich in nuances and with great aging potential, perfect to combine with delicate fish dishes.
Fragore , ruby red colored, offers an ample and deep bouquet with notes of wild berries followed by spicy hints that blend with balsamic and mineral nuances. From Nerello Mascalese grapes, harvested in the first ten days of October, Cuordilava is born, with a ruby red color, which presents a bouquet of small red fruits accompanied by spicy notes that blend with typical hints of undergrowth. On the palate it is broad and deep, characterized by well integrated tannins and elegant minerality; the finish of long persistence enhances its extraordinary personality.
At the table it is ideal with dishes based on mushrooms, legumes and red meats.

Tornatore's Etna Bianco DOC "Zottorinotto" 2019 comes from pure Carricante grapes, harvested by hand in the vineyard in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia, on the north side of the volcano. Fermentation and aging in contact with the noble lees are carried out in French oak barriques. A white with a sincere territorial character, which combines elegance and power.
All these qualities make it the ideal white for second courses based on fish and white meats.

Produced on the north side of Etna, in Contrada Pietrarizzo, from which it takes its name, this wine represents one of the most prized Crus for the natives of the area.
The grape varieties used, Carricante and a small percentage of Catarratto, give this white a delicate, savory and fresh flavor with a nice persistence, accentuated by the aromas of grapefruit, white fruit and exotic fruit, with delicately spicy nuances.
Ideal to combine with cheeses, white meats, first and second courses of fish and shellfish.

The passivent method involves the partial drying of the grapes directly in the vineyard, which is then completed in the fruit cellar, where the skilful control of the ventilation helps the grapes to reach the ideal level of dehydration before pressing.

Produced from pure Chardonnay grapes grown on the land of Santa Ninfa in the Trapani area, the Montalto white Cucunci is a lively and balanced wine, sparkling, aromatic and pleasant, with a fresh acidity and aroma of yellow fruits and green apple.
Vinified with the Martinotti method, it is an aromatic and seductive sparkling wine, ideal to accompany appetizers or aperitifs, grilled fish or tartare, marinated anchovies.
Mofete is an excellent red produced on the slopes of Etna by Palmento Costanzo.
It has a strong ruby red color, and on the nose it is floral and fruity, on the palate it is very fresh but with a savory finish.
Excellent to combine with meat main courses such as Lamb and Beef. But also a good plate of pasta with tomato sauce.

The "Mofete" is a wine that is born on the slopes of Etna, from grapes grown in soils composed of volcanic sands, stones and exclusive rocks.
The color is straw yellow, and the flavor is very agile, fresh and savory.

Pietradolce's Etna Rosso is a very fine wine thanks to the fact that it is born on old pre-phyloxxera sapling vines, and is then aged in cask for 14 months.
This wine, with a bright ruby red color and an energetic and structured flavour, the bouquet is intense and complex, with nuances of myrtle, red fruits and aromatic herbs.

Produced exclusively from 80-100 year old pre-phyloxxera Nerello Mascalese vines, grown in the area traditionally called "Barbagalli", at an altitude of 900 meters on the northern slope of Etna.
In the glass this wine has an intense ruby color, the bouquet is instead very intense, complex and articulated with notes of myrtle and red fruits.
Furthermore, it is perfect to combine with meats such as pork, or with cheeses, even better if aged.

This version of Etna Rosso Barbagalli is an extraordinarily elegant red wine, one of the best expressions of Nerello Mascalese.
