Alta Mora Etna Rosso, a pure Nerello Mascalese that grows on the land of Etna - Cusumano

A very intense, soft and at the same time elegant wine, which is aged for 6 months in large barrels.

It is an Etna Rosso that was born on the slopes of Etna, in what are the "Alta Mora" lands, a project acquired by the brothers Diego and Alberto Cusumano in 2013

The grapes are born in a red berried vine, pure Nerello Mascalese.

This is a variety that is grown in espalier and sapling, at about 800 meters above sea level.

The grapes, after being softly pressed, are left to macerate for 12 days in steel.

After which the wine ages for 6 months in large oak barrels.

This red presents itself to the eye with a garnet red color on very compact notes.

On the other hand, the nose is very intense, rich in spices and with some notes of berries, herbs and Mediterranean scrub.

The taste is very full-bodied, fresh and with an elegant structure.
