Jalè, an intense, fresh and clean Chardonnay - Cusumano

This white from the Cusumano winery reveals all the potential of a variety like Chardonnay.

Already from the perfume it reveals all its personality, followed by a refreshing sip, which almost gives the idea of "modernity", that philosophy that Diego and Alberto try to follow.

The grapes are grown in Piana degli Albanesi, at about 700-800 meters above sea level, once harvested manually they are then cold macerated.

Then, the must ferments in oak barrels at a controlled temperature, and finally the aging lasts 12 months, 6 in oak barrels and 6 in the bottle.

To the eye this wine recalls a very bright golden yellow, the aroma opens with notes of fruit, which then move on to crusty bread and melted butter.

On the palate it is medium-bodied, with good freshness and good persistence.
