The young and passionate artisan wine producer Alessandro Viola is the founder of this small farm located in Alcamo, in the province of Trapani, territories of important wine history. In his company philosophy the word is "Natural", he declares: "In wine there are a series of perfect chemical balances, only nature can go that far. Who are we to do better than nature?"

This is how red wines without sulphites are born, unfiltered and aged in chestnut and white barrels with moderate amounts of added sulphites.

The Nero d'Avola, Syrah and Nerello Mascalese vines for this red wine Note di Rosso grow in the limestone vineyards in Contrada Pietra Rinosa near Alcamo at an altitude of 220 m. The vines are 12 years old and the grapes were manually harvested and selected to ferment and macerate with natural yeasts on the skins for 10 days in stainless steel tanks and subsequently aged in chestnut casks for 6 months.

Made from 70% Nero d'Avola, 15% Sirah and 15% Nerello Mascalese, a naturally produced ruby ​​red wine. On the nose, hints of ripe red fruit, cherry, balsamic notes of eucalyptus and toasting. In the mouth the tannin is soft, well integrated, juicy, the fresh tip arrives with balsamic returns, of good persistence.
