SANTO SPIRITO 2020 ETNA ROSSO DOC PREMIER CRU

A place of extraordinary beauty, Santo Spirito, with large and serene terraces that flow gently downstream. Deep and rich soils that flaunt sumptuous grass, vigorous vines that display their nourished abundance.

From grapes of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, Santo Spirito is a sensual and succulent wine, always seductive, with an almost fleshy bouquet and a rich and enveloping palate, but always pure and balanced.

Very refined but also tender. At the same time generous and vulnerable.

It goes well with game dishes, soups, noble poultry and pork.

Production area: Santo Spirito district, municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia (Catania)
