Made entirely from Sangiovese vineyards in Castelbuono dell'Abate, the Brunello di Montalcino from the Tassi winery is a still red, aged 36 months in medium-sized wooden barrels.
The 2016 vintage is universally recognized as exceptional, thanks to the climate. Angimbè, obtained from Insolia and Chardonnay grapes, is one of the most famous wines of the Cusumano winery.

Shamaris is a wine produced with Grillo grapes in the Presti and Pegni di Cusumano estate in Monreale
It is very pleasant, and thanks to a slightly fruity flavor it is able to immediately express the aromas and flavors of the area, thanks to a bouquet rich in yellow fruit, aromatic herbs and orange blossom.

In this wine there is the story of King Ferdinand IV of Bourbon and of the Real Casina di Caccia di Ficuzza. Here, in the 1800s, the sovereign kept his own wine, produced with grapes from the vineyards located around the Ficuzza estate.
