"Rubre", double malt red craft beer from the Irias brewery

Rubra is the Sicilian interpretation, in an Irias key, of the IPA style, but with some differences from the now standardized red craft beers.

In fact, in this double malt red wine the aroma of the malts, the aromas of plum and caramel, contrasted by a light toast, are combined with the floral and earthy of continental hops. The bitterness is balanced and not too invasive.
