Sens(i)nverso Syrah - Demeter certified biodynamic Sicilian red wine

Sensational red wine made according to traditional vinification in concrete tanks without the aid of selected yeasts, enzymes and clarifiers. Aged in oak barrels of 20-30 hl. for 24 months and for another 12 months in the bottle.

From the warm purple red color with violet reflections never scratched by time. A captivating red wine, with almost balsamic aromas, including hints of red fruit, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and white pepper.

The taste is expressed with elegance and softness, thanks to the delicate notes of red fruits and the sweet velvety tannins. The long and pleasant persistence stimulates drinking. It goes perfectly with all types of meat, but also with cheeses, risottos and rich first courses.
