This Demeter certified biodynamic red is a 100% Nero d'Avola, which looks like a very elegant and fragrant wine.

At sight it shows a ruby ​​red with some purplish reflections

The nose is fragrant, decisive and intense, with aromas of blackberry, cherry, raspberry, black mulberry, which combine with the floral aromas of rose, violet, orange blossom. There are also some spices, including star anise, licorice, cinnamon.

On the palate, however, it is very fresh, soft and enveloping, with some notes of red fruits and silky tannins

It is a biodynamic red wine perfect to accompany dishes based on meat, game, aged cheeses, but also some first courses
