Incredible Organic Brut Sparkling Wine with a very fine, elegant, refined and persistent perlage.

Anastasia's VSQ Terre perfectly expresses the 36 months of residence on the lees. On the palate it is fresh and savory with floral notes, citrus, bread crust and hay, with excellent minerality.

Excellent companion to molluscs, crustaceans, fish tartare and vegetables. Also ideal for aperitifs, accompanied with fresh savory canapés.

Maturation: 36 months on the lees, then the bottles are placed on the tip of pupitre for manual remuage. 2016 disgorgement and further refinement in the bottle.
