The nose is intense and lively, it presents itself with fruity aromas, such as pineapple, banana, peach, plum, and then continues its sensorial journey with citrus scents and orange blossom flowers.
On the palate it is very persistent and aromatic, with a pinch of salt. It has great harmony, between the hints of white melon and grapefruit.
It is a perfect BIO white wine to be combined with blue fish, shellfish, fish-based first courses, or seasonal vegetables
