Hiera rosé wine, a savory, fresh and fruity wine
Hierà rosé wine is a light wine, perfect for accompanying excellent aperitifs.
It was born in the Aeolian Islands, and like the majority of wines made there it is a savory, acidic wine with good olfactory complexity.
On the palate it is very fresh, pleasant, accompanied by a good acidity which balances a persistent finish with almond aftertastes.

From a blend of Alicante and Nocera vines comes a very fresh, fruity rosé wine with a persistent finish.
This rosé wine was born in the Aeolian Islands and boasts the IGP Terre Siciliane certification.
Hiera Rosè wine is characterized by a fruity olfactory profile, with balsamic and mineral notes.
On the palate it is fresh, rich in acidity and with a finish with almond aftertastes.
We recommend pairing it with a fresh aperitif or seafood dishes, such as spaghetti with sea urchins or raw fish.
