Contrada Melia is one of the last outposts where the Delizia del Etna apple ripens in March, one of the emblematic species of the volcano's biodiversity.
The liqueur is born from the maceration and infusion of the pulp in alcohol for at least 60 days.
Ingredients: water, agricultural alcohol, sugar, delight apple infusion.

Marzola is a late mandarin that ripens in March. In the Blanco district, the temperature changes favor the intense aroma of its skins preserved in this liqueur thanks to an infusion in alcohol for 60 days.
Ingredients: water, agricultural alcohol, sugar, tangerine peel infusion.
Any residues are obtained by infusing the mandarin peel.

Obtained from the infusion of Tarocco Gallo orange peels harvested in January in alcohol, this variety grown on the slopes of Etna is distinguished by the presence of anthocyanins in the skins.

The First Flower lemon is harvested in the San Martino Piana district in February. The rinds are infused in alcohol to seal the intense scent of the Etna lands in this liqueur.

The Strawberry Liqueur of Maletto, meticulously selected by hand, is then macerated several times in alcohol, to obtain a very good liqueur to be combined with fruit desserts at the end of the meal.

"Core is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from a vineyard that has always been called Core by the local farmers. In Sicilian, "core" means heart. In fact, the vineyard seen from above has the shape of a big heart."
This red wine is a Certified Organic wine with a very territorial character, which gives off notes of plum, spices and red fruits with hints of cocoa and licorice.
The color is ruby red with light purplish reflections and the taste is very fresh, soft and round, with typical tannins.

Angimbè, obtained from Insolia and Chardonnay grapes, is one of the most famous wines of the Cusumano winery.
With a very intense personality, it is characterized by fruity hints of citrus peel, exotic fruit and yellow flowers.
On the palate it is very soft, enveloping and of good freshness.
Age: 2022
A blend of Syrah and Nero d'Avola that grows in the hills of Monreale, in the marvelous Tenuta Presti and Pagni di Cusumano.
It is a very intense and fruity red, which is vinified in steel and aged in large oak barrels.
On the nose you can smell black cherries, berries and sweet spices, on the other hand the taste is velvety, fresh and enveloping.

Shamaris is a wine produced with Grillo grapes in the Presti and Pegni di Cusumano estate in Monreale
It is very pleasant, and thanks to a slightly fruity flavor it is able to immediately express the aromas and flavors of the area, thanks to a bouquet rich in yellow fruit, aromatic herbs and orange blossom.
On the palate it is soft, fruity and intense.
In this wine there is the story of King Ferdinand IV of Bourbon and of the Real Casina di Caccia di Ficuzza. Here, in the 1800s, the sovereign kept his own wine, produced with grapes from the vineyards located around the Ficuzza estate.
Davide and Antonio, the brothers who manage this winery, wanted to imagine what the wine drunk could be like in the times of the King, thus giving birth to Salealto, a "vin de terroir", obtained from Insolia, Grillo and Zibibbo grapes in equal parts, before vinified separately and then aged together.

The Etna Tabacchiera Peach is a Slow food presidium grown in very few municipalities. In the Aragona district, in Adrano it is harvested in May and the intense aroma of its pulp is preserved in this liqueur thanks to the maceration in alcohol.

This white wine is a Certified Organic wine which takes its name from the cru from which the grapes come, namely: Masso. This name originates from the block of sandy rocks with red stones of which the land is composed.
This strong mineral structure therefore gives the wine particular sapidity, freshness and minerality.
The color is bright golden yellow with greenish reflections, while on the palate it is very fresh and persistent, with a long aromatic intensity with notes of almonds.

"Vrucara is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from a vineyard whose land has always been called "Vrucara". It takes this name because the vruca is widely present, in Sicilian it is the name of a bush that spontaneously grows around the vineyard. This herb with a mentholated scent mixed with incense oil. "Transferred" into the ancient vine plants, unique, characteristics that we find later in the wine."
The Vrucara is the label that is a bit the symbol of this winery, which comes from old prephyloxxera vines.

Ramusa is a very fresh Sicilian rosé that grows on the Ficuzza estate in Cusumano
It is made 100% with Pinot Noir grapes, and is aged in steel for 6 months on the fine lees.
Thanks to its geographical position it enjoys a great minerality, and a strong aroma of wild strawberries and roses.
The taste is harmonious, delicate and subtle with a savory finish.
Disueri is a Nero d'Avola that was born in the San Giacomo Estate, in Butera, near Caltanissetta.
This estate is very special for its colour, a white color "like snow and Sicilian nougat", only Nero d'Avola grapes grow here.
In the glass this wine has a ruby red color with some violet reflections, with a bouquet of blueberries and black cherries.
The sip is well structured with a fruity persistence.
Jalè is a modern and captivating Chardonnay. It has a fragrant scent, enriched with tropical fruit, citrus and mineral tones.
On the palate it is quite round, enveloping and lively, with a long persistence.
It is a wine that is well aged, first 6 months in oak barrels and then 6 months in the bottle
700, like the meters above sea level of the marvelous Tenuta Ficuzza, those lands where Pinot ero is born, from which this classic method is obtained, with the addition of Chardonnay.
In the glass it has an intense straw yellow color, while on the nose you can feel all the typical features of the two specialties from which this bottle is created: the red fruits typical of Pinot Noir and the white flowers typical of Chardonnay.
On the palate it is very fresh and full-bodied.
