The Etna Cherry Liqueur, produced specifically in Sant'Alfio, is obtained after infusing the pulp of the best cherries for 45 days in pure alcohol, resulting in a liqueur with a very intense aroma.

Etna liqueurs are produced only with fresh fruit harvested in the black lands of Etna, and contain the stories of brave brokers, farmers and traders who have contributed to building the charm and success of the Etna terroir.

The Ciliegia dell’Etna DOP is characterized by its classic bright red color, and by its medium-large size. On the palate it is very crunchy, with a sweet and pleasant taste thanks to the sugars inside.

Excellent to be served chilled, to accompany the best desserts at the end of a meal.
