700 SLM, a classic mountain method, from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards located at 700 meters above sea level - Cusumano

This Spumante is as particular as its name, which takes its cue from the altitude of the land where its vineyards are located.

The grapes are two wonderful specialties of that area: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, a combination that fits perfectly inside this bottle

The grapes from the respective vineyards are harvested manually, then after a soft pressing they are fermented in steel at a controlled temperature of only the flower must for a good 5 months. Finally, the wine is refermented in the bottle and aged for another 36 months on the lees

This Classic Method 700 slm is intense straw yellow in colour, while the nose releases aromas of berries, flowers and some scents of leavened products.

On the palate it is full-bodied, refined and very persistent.

It goes very well with appetizers and fish crudités
