Disueri, from the wonderful San Giacomo estate from the white earth of Butera, in Caltanissetta - Cusumano

This Nero d'Avola from the Cusumano winery is a wine with a strong personality that distinguishes it and with a strong sign of territoriality given by the great tradition of Nero d'Avola present in Sicily.

It is a wine that has a very dense ruby ​​red color and that on the nose shows aromas of lavender, Mediterranean herbs and wild berries.

On the palate it is quite soft, warm and with thin tannins that dry the palate before a very sapid finish.

This wine was born in the San Giacomo estate, in Butera, this estate is distinguished by its color, a white color "like snow and Sicilian nougat"

The grapes are harvested manually towards the first ten days of September, then it is fermented with the wine in contact with the fine lees for about 5 months.

Perfect to combine with meat or typical cheeses.
