Ramusa is a very fresh Sicilian rosé that grows on the Ficuzza estate in Cusumano
It is made 100% with Pinot Noir grapes, and is aged in steel for 6 months on the fine lees.
Thanks to its geographical position it enjoys a great minerality, and a strong aroma of wild strawberries and roses.
The taste is harmonious, delicate and subtle with a savory finish.
This rosé, produced in the center of Sicily in the wonderful Ficuzza di Cusumano estate, is a very fresh and elegant rosé.
The vineyards of this wine are only Pinot Noir grapes that enjoy the perfect climate of the Ficuzza Estate, 700 meters above sea level, surrounded by large woods
The grapes, once harvested by hand, are cold macerated for 24 hours, then are softly pressed.
Finally the must is vinified in steel vats, and ages for 6 months in steel tanks on the fine lees, before being bottled
In the glass it shows a very bright light pink, with a bouquet characterized by aromas of raspberry, wild strawberries and some citrus notes.
The taste is very delicate, fine and light.
