Artisan Candied Fruit, one of the creations of Nuova Dolceria which, in these jars, wanted to find the perfect balance between sugar and fruit, while maintaining a very sweet softness.
The Candied Fruit, before being stored in the jars, is pasteurized at a low temperature, to ensure that the aromatic properties of the fruit are not affected.
