Maria Costanza Rosso Riserva 2013 Red Wine SICILY DOP - Az. Agr. Giuseppe Milazzo

The new Milazzo label, certainly this Nero d'Avola, fully expresses the great thickness of the prince of Sicilian vines, achieving a sensory balance of great elegance and gustatory complexity.

Harvest of 2013 and bottling in November 2016, this is a wine that has an aging potential of over 20 years.

Of a beautiful deep dark red color, almost impenetrable, Maria Costanza Rosso Riserva has evident hints of spiciness, green pepper and unroasted cocoa berry, followed by fresh red fruits such as blueberry and black currant. On the finish, light toasting notes that recall incense. In the mouth it is full, intense and enveloping. The tannin is strong, rich and of excellent quality. Structure and freshness guarantee a remarkable persistence and drinkability.

The Maria Costanza Rosso Riserva represents the culmination of the agronomic research work and winemaking on our Nero d'Avola clones, to give life to a new red wine that, in the furrow of the company tradition built on the success of his Maria Costanza Rosso, open new ones roads for the interpretation of the largest Sicilian native grape variety
