Produced on the north side of Etna, in Castiglione di Sicilia, Valdemone Spumante EXTRA DRY is obtained from Nerello Mascalese grapes and vinified in white with the Charmat method.

With an intense and deep ruby red color, a wine made enveloping in its tannic note that is transformed into a silky tasting pleasure, from a passage in barriques.

From 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes, pleasant floral scents on the nose, aromas of small red fruits and notes of officinal herbs. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with delicate tannins and persistent mineral scents. To be combined with first courses with meat sauce or stewed white meats, fresh and blue cheeses.
Grillo Doc from grapes grown in C.da Grottarossa in Caltanissetta with organic methods.
With a golden straw yellow color, the scent is fine and clean with delicate citrus notes, acacia honey and typical floral scents. In the background, spicy aromas of white pepper and currants emerge. Intense straw yellow color. On the nose floral and fruity notes together with aromas of orange peel, toasted hazelnut and marzipan. Excellent gustatory structure, enveloping mouth, the long, dynamic and balanced finish on the sip is smooth and very elegant.

Pietradolce's Etna Rosso is an elegant expression of Nerello Mascalese, which is born on the slopes of Etna, precisely in Castiglione di Sicilia.
This wine, with a pale ruby red colour, has a fresh, elegant and delicate flavor but is characterized by a rich sapidity. On the other hand, the scent is delicate and spicy, with nuances of wild berries combined with woody hints of herbs and roots.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is a very elegant red wine, with a bouquet full of hints of cherry, violet and spices.
The sip reveals blackberries and plums and the finish is long and complex.

The Alta Mora label is a high-level label that was born on the volcanic soils of Etna, and which was acquired by the brothers Diego and Alberto Cusumano in 2013.
It is one of the oldest Marsalas from the Martinez winery, a Marsala that was born in 1986 and rested in small oak barrels for as many as 36 years.
Despite being the oldest Marsala, Exito is also the one with the youngest packaging, in fact it differs from the other Martinez Marsalas for its transparent glass bottle which enhances the gold color of this Marsala Vergine Riserva DOC.
