ORGANIC WINE

Grillo is a native white grape variety that has the distinction of having a much higher sugar content than other white grapes and the vocation, unusual for a white wine, of being particularly predisposed to aging.

To combine with fish first courses, mixed fried food, gourmet sandwiches.

Recommended together with vegetarian dishes.
