Tonda Iblea Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Superior category olive oil, obtained directly from olives, through a cold extraction process and solely by mechanical processes.

Donnafugata's Tonda Iblea oil is bright green-gold in color; the nose is characterized by intense fruitiness, with evident hints of green tomato followed by notes of fresh aromatic herbs, artichoke and freshly cut grass. On the palate it is intense fruity, with an excellent balance between bitter and spicy; a full-bodied, enveloping and harmonious oil.
