From an ancient tradition that consists in the processing of cocoa mass with sugar mixed at low temperatures, Modica chocolate has become famous all over the world, also obtaining the I.G.P.
Its particular grainy texture makes it a unique chocolate, with an ancient flavor, in which the pungent flavor of cocoa is perceived, combined with grains of sugar.
Cocoa and sugar, processed according to tradition, to obtain a chocolate with 60% cocoa.
Directions for use:
To be savored alone, paired with dessert wines such as Moscato and Passito, but also with pure spirits, such as Grappa.
Excellent in the preparation of desserts or with ice cream.
