From an ancient tradition that consists in the processing of cocoa mass with sugar mixed at low temperatures, Modica chocolate has become famous all over the world, also obtaining the I.G.P.
Its particular grainy texture makes it a unique chocolate, with an ancient flavor, in which the pungent flavor of cocoa is perceived, combined with grains of sugar. A product appreciated by true chocolate connoisseurs, the basic recipe is enriched by adding products of the highest quality, in this case a very fragrant spice, cinnamon.
Directions for use:
To be savored alone, paired with dessert wines such as Moscato and Passito di Pantelleria.
It can be used in various fruit and ice cream preparations.
Always good with the classic slice of bread.
