From an ancient tradition that consists in the processing of cocoa mass with sugar mixed at low temperatures, the chocolate of Modica I.G.P. became famous all over the world.

In this version you can taste the chocolate of Modica I.G.P. in a combination with Banana, a sweet, fresh and colorful combination!

Its particular grainy texture makes it a unique chocolate, with an ancient flavor, in which the pungent flavor of cocoa is perceived, combined with grains of sugar. A product appreciated by true chocolate connoisseurs, the basic recipe is enriched by adding top quality products: pistachio, citrus peel, fruit and spices.
