Grappa Mille e una Notte is obtained from the pomace of fine grapes used for the production of Mille e una NotteThe marcs, extraordinarily rich in flavors and olfactory uniqueness, are subjected to distillation in a discontinuous bain-marie still and thanks to the slowness and delicacy of this process all primary aromas are preserved unaltered in an absolutely authentic way.After a long aging in small carats, it has an intense and limpid golden color; the aroma is immediately pleasant and engaging; soft on the palate, with an aristocratic and persuasive character.
The aging in barriques gives it an extraordinarily wide aromatic complex, leaving notes of dried and toasted fruit, cooked and canned fruit up to ripe marasca, which alternate with notes of honey and vanilla.
Pleasant and highly refined, at the end of the meal it goes very well with sweets based on chocolate and toasted fruit in general.

Description deep golden hue; the aroma is instantly pleasant and appealing; soft on the palate with an aristocratic, persuasive personality. The ageing in barriques has given the grappa an extraordinarily wide array of aromas, revealing notes of dried, toasted, cooked fruit as well as fruit in syrup and even ripe morello cherries, which alternate with notes of honey and vanilla.
Serving suggestions at the end of a meal, it compliments chocolate desserts and toasted fruit in general.
Best served in small tulip glasses with flared rims at 12-16°C.
